Great overall.
Romel was very good from the first visit to the last! Good communication via text and phone call to provide accurate arrival time. If he had to get parts and was gone for a while, he called/messaged when he was on his way back. Good knowledge overall about the appliance he was working on and all defective parts were placed and checked for working order before he left. Great job!
