I gave 5 stars for our repair technician Christopher E. only! Because the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I doubt with there customer service for more then a month and a half always got the same answer will send and email to expedite for service then they order parts no address just my name and city and zip code I had to go look for it 7 houses down my block with a picture UPS sent me. Once again customer service is horrible !!!! All there customer service need to be retrained !!
