Christopher did a great job checking in with me and completing the repair on my fridge. The previous rep didn't provide all the info that i had to do that did delay the repair a bit but its now completed. Loosing the star because of Sears coordination and not because of Christopher.

Very good service, but helpless to rectify my repair even after submitting request to replace our water heater. your " one visit repairs: doesn't stand!!!!
