Technician did not show up after changing the ETA multiple times. Called to say he won’t show up and closed the case. Sears home services has done this multiple times now on different occasions.

Can't find it. Drove around the whole circle and could not find the Sears sign. Walk inside the mall, but I couldn't find it, either.

To install and complete the process of installing the timer took an hour, which normally would take fifteen minutes. Now the handle has come off the timer, now I have to call Sears again and set up another schedule to have the handle on the timer. Fix this time.

They waited until the day before to tell me they needed to reschedule me due to their lack of technicians available. This is after they called me twice on 2 different days to confirm my appointment, and texted me confirming their appointment with me. They have a definite problem if they need me to confirm them so many times; then back out last minute. Pretty Unreliable Service so far as I can tell
