Both technicians showcased exceptional expertise and professionalism throughout their work. Lorenzo: His extensive experience was evident as he quickly diagnosed the issue with the dryer, ordered the correct part, and, within a few days, installed it to restore the dryer to perfect working condition. Chris: Equally experienced, he promptly identified the problem with the interface board and skillfully resolved it in no time. I truly appreciate their dedication and the remarkable work they did.
