Repairman Anthony was very skilled, patient, courteous and knowledgeable as he did successfully all of the extensive repairs to my 29 year old GE Profile Refrigerator which involved defrosting my freezer by hand for several hours before replacing the parts. Was on time and took care with repair and cleaning up afterwards. Anthony is a credit to the Sears Home Protection Program.

Bernard worked on my dryer , he explained what was wrong with the dryer and he gave me a quote on how much it would be and I said to go ahead and order the parts. He came the next day to install the part and it works perfectly. He was very professional and helpful. Thank you Bernard.

Sloan has come a few times to repair our dryer. We’ve had our Kenmore dryer for many, many years, so things are bound to eventually need replacing. Sloan did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue, as well as resolving an issue with Sears when my first scheduled appt didn’t show up as being covered under my Master Protection Agreement. He was wonderful with helping me navigate the frustrating Sears repair request system so that his return appt DID show up in the Sears system as being covered under Master Protection Agreement, as they usually do. Sloan was very professional and solved the issue with the dryer efficiently. I will definitely be asking for him if I need any future repairs! Thank you Sloan! Give this man a raise for providing service above and beyond!
