Anthony's service was good. But the timing was bad. I rushed to be home by 1 only to be informed "3 to 5". He finally came at 6. And the AI phone call--Wrong information!

Sloan came on time and determined the dishwasher’s constant draining operation was caused by certain default on the circuit board although the root cause of the symptom was not completely determined or understood. That said the Samsung schematics we were looking at was quite confusing.

The arrival time kept getting pushed back, but that's understandable. Once he got here, he was very friendly and helpful. He was able to tell us what the problem was, even though it can't be fixed due to the age of the oven. I would recommend him.

The technician replaced the left door of the refridgerator to address the air leak issue. however, we are finding that there is a gap between door that is still there. That will let warm air and moisture to come in. This service call is still not completed/ resolved.

The technician replaced the ordered part, but saying this may not fix the problem. It could be the memory board is the problem. He does not leave any follow up steps for me or put the note of his diagnosis. Just say if it doesn't work file another claim and he closed the the claim that he is assigned. The current warranty program has no human answering the phone. It is very frustrated.

After Christopher left on Thursday, the temperature in the refrigerator is only 60 degrees. Another technician has to come out on Saturday to fix this new issue. The refrigerator was fine before this. I am now putting bowls of ice in the refrigerator to keep it cold!
