Great job!
Anthony was the technician who came both times to service our ice maker which he took the effort to ensure so that someone wouldn't have to start the whole diagnosis process again. He was very polite and did a great job of diagnosing and solving the problem.

Ambrocio D made this Frigidaire dryer's repair an absolute pleasure to watch and experience. During his first visit, he disassembled the drier, located the root cause of the grinding noises, identified all the parts needed, expedited the ordering of the 4 parts so that they are ready to go for the second visit. During his second visit, he meticulously performed the work needed to install the replacement parts, and tested the drier to make sure there is no longer any grinding noises, and it is heating up as it should. I cannot thank him enough for the excellent work he demonstrated. I wish all technicians were as good as he is. Thank you again, Ambrocio D!
