Patrick was very knowledgeable in the repair of the dishwasher , he went right to work on the changing of the motor and impeller and completed the process carefully and thourghly . I would definitely give him 5 stars on the repair. I did want to state that it took a long time for sears to get a tech to my house to do the repair. I was scheduled and rescheduled at least 8 times and most of the time no one showed up or called to explain why I waited four hours for nothing. This issue should be addressed since there is no way to find out what was happening. We pay good money for this coverage and should be able to get notified when there is a problem.

The over the phone diagnostic was a great start (part needed to be ordered) and Patrick was patient (we had a small glitch at the security desk), efficient, and communicative. He called me to let me know the oven latch was replaced and working.
