I would not call this service! The tech did not listen to the tenant and instead assumed he knew what he was doing. He decided it would take too long to do a thorough diagnosis despite being told that a previous tech had already diagnosed a melted relay board which was the cause of the strong burned plastic smell the tenant experienced. But Thor Appliance wanted to send a Thor authorized tech and we got stuck with this Sears clown. He heated some water and decided all was in working order. But it is not and it is in fact a dangerous situation. Back to the drawing board with Thor!!

Patricio cancelled my appointment mid-way through my service window apparently because he couldn't find parking. Then never called or texted to explain what was happening and ignored my follow up calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional.

Dryer repair

My wife was home during this appointment. The technician told my wife the dryer was fine and the problem was the Vent. If the technician looked behind the dryer he would have noticed the dryer vent was not hooked up. I unplugged it to see if our clothes would dry without using the Vent and letting the air go into the garage. But the technician did not check and told my wife we need to clean the Vent out. I bought a brand new vent and hooked it up. I tried to trouble shoot the issue before calling for someone to come take a look. So our service was closed out and now I have to call you guys back here. Nobody called me to ask what is going on? Ridiculous

Terrible experience. Jeff was so rude

Terrible experience. Never use it. Worst experience ever had. 1. Our appointment has been cancelled twice without any early notice. We took a day off and waited at home, then we were told our appointment has to be cancelled. Then, we had to re-schedule the appointment and took another day off. We had to hand wash all dishes for more than a week. This is extremely overwhelming. 2. The technical was Jeff who showed up finally. Jeff is really rude, impatient, and extremely unfriendly. This definitely is the worst customer experience we have ever had. He refused to use the shoes covers. We had to mop the floor again after he left. He was terribly rude to my mom.

repairing the drying cycle for the dishwasher

The Sears Repair person arrived...he installed the new part that Sears mailed to us....the problem with the dishwasher was that the drying cycle did not work....So the repair person, installed the part, and left before the drying cycle....What do you know!!! He didn't fix the problem. He did not stay for the drying cycle....If he had, he would have realized that he did not fix the problem!!!!!!
