He was very pleasant. He called for additional service tech ( with a lil more experience) and he too was pleasant and knowledgeable in assisting him. Explaining services: protocols, machine testing and billing codes. There actually wasn't nothing wrong with my machine they said… they ran a couple test cycles. Said it seem to be a plumbing issue. In and Out in less than 30 mins: Diagnosis & Service Charge.

We had a service repair scheduled on Tuesday 5/12 between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. We got many reminders, phone calls and emails. The day of service we got about five calls reminding us of our appointment on Tuesday, changing the 2-hour window for the service several times. However, we never received service that day. Nor did we receive any phone calls to let us know there was an issue with our service that day. It wasn't until later that we noticed an email saying our appointment was rescheduled for the following day between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m.. We tried to call to find out what the situation was but we could not get a hold of a human being. It was very frustrating and upsetting that we waited all afternoon for somebody to come only to have nobody showed up and you simply rescheduled us for the following day via email notification. We feel this is very bad customer service!!

the technician should get 5 stars but the machine is still broken. He said it was too much foam, and so we put the laundry through the rinse and spin cycle, I did it again after he left and when the machine stopped there was still water in it and the towels are super wet. The machine is not working...it is broken, there is still water in the machine and the cycle is over

Ostap seems fine but he had to order more parts because the person before him did not diagnose the issues correctly , we have not had access to our washer since February! We are super frustrated with Sears , I have set appointments and no one shows! It has been so disappointing and so difficult

Repairman was gracious, went overboard to make sure my washer and dryer issues were taken care of and left no mess — a truck considering the amount of dust he pulled out of the dryer! However, now the timer on the dryer isn't working correctly and it doesn't turn itself off nor does it cycle through the various levels of drying. So, I got to call back.

4 visits and every time, the tech comes, does one thing and leaves, saying " give it 48 hours to make ice" 4 visits, 4 failures. This is ridiculous

We had no problem with Darren's service. However, we are very disappointed with the service for today's visit. Our scheduled service window was from 8:00 to 12:00 noon. The technician didn't show up until 2:15 pm!! This is very unacceptable to us. IF we had an afternoon appointment, we would not be home resulting in rescheduling the appointment!! Luckily we were home to have the service completed..

Jeff came in simply replaced a part ordered by previous technician and left right away. He does not bother to wait check whether the problem is resolved -- the refrigerator does not work at all after his work.

Stove technique

I had a Sears technician, Manuel come for a second visit in San Francisco to fix my stove, and the experience was awful. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. He left trash behind, didn't replace the stove knob, and left my appliance nonfunctional. When I asked why my stove still wasn't working, he said it "wasn't in his order" and told me to "figure it out" with my insurance before walking out. This is unacceptable service. I expected better from Sears. Now I'm left with a broken stove and no help or resolution.
