Marcus spent a good amount of time putting the new pieces and removing the old equipment. Unfortunately one of the burners could not be corrected. The handle for one of the burners is kind of a little backwards but it works.

Anthony was fine with his support of rectifying our problem. However, Sears Home Services postponed our service "due to circumstances beyond our control" three times in a row, making the "fix" to our refrigerator over three months with all the postponements. Although our service man was good, the service provided by Sears was much less than adequate, and very frustrating to have our refrigerator in less-than-serviceable for three months.

We are pleased with the work done by Enrique. We have yet to confirm that our problem was fixed. It took us 2 1/2 months to get the parts and a tech out to address our problem.
