Marcus is a very conscientious technician. He provided me with all possible problems facing my washer based on the information that I provided to him. After he opened up the washer and discovered the main issue, he gave me a price for its replacement. I informed him that I recently re-registered for a new maintenance contract; and, based on the contract, I should wait and call back for another appointment. I hope Marcus is the technician that returns
