Alvin called ahead to say when he would arrive. He was on time and efficient and knowledgeable in his work. He was very helpful in answering my questions about the dishwasher and dryer for which he was doing an annual maintenance check-up. He also made suggestions about how to use the appliances for optimum performance and longevity.
