Alex was great!
My service was scheduled between 10-2 but I got notifications of delay. Poor Alex had 7 jobs before mine! He called and came at 4:20, apologetic and friendly. He solved the problem swiftly. He was great and saved the day for me!

The first two technicians did not agree with one another regarding what new parts were needed. There were unexplained and long delays in getting parts with no easy way to learn about status. You sent the same supply twice and I was promised to only be charged once. I also easily found the needed supply directly from the manufacturer. The final service was good and courteous and the unit seems to be functioning fine. Thank you.
