Chris was a total delight to work with on our washing machine problem. He took the time to listen to my wife and me tell him about the issues we had with the machine. He then went to work and in true detective fashion figured out the problem, repaired it and provided us with great advice on how to use our washer dryer. He was a rock star!! Great attitude, clearly knowledgeable and high level of empathy.
