Great tech, great service
I would rate tech Juan a "5". Juan was considerate, pleasant, and he called to let me know that he is on his way. When he arrived, he listened attentively to my concerns and got to work on my dryer. (Kenmore Elite HE 4t) After a complete diagnostic, Juan isolated the problem for me. Juan worked efficiently and completed the work in a timely fashion. He is an asset to your company. Highly recommend!
