Arturo was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate him inspecting one of my appliances which were six appliances. The two years before that I don’t know what happened with Sears, but they had some flaky people come and they were absolutely the worst. They were not with Sears. they were hired out third-party, so upset with how Sara handled that the last two years so the three years before that it was all sears servicemen. I do not want third-party again only Sears professional appliance repair and maintenance people that is what I paid for for five years and that’s what I want, I will not accept anything else but that so Sears really owes me for two maintenance and I called and complained but nothing was done but at least for my last one maintenance. I had a great guy come out and knew exactly what he was doing so Sears remember your integrityI am third generation San Diego. I always expect good things from Sears. Thank you.
