Peter was excellent! Sears Customer Service was IMPOSSIBLE to deal with! Part needed arrived earlier than projected so tried to change the appointment to earlier date (as I had been instructed to do if the part arrived early) and every phone number, link, web site I tried was automated (could not get to a live person) and only offered options that did not apply. Finally managed to schedule a regular repair appt (which normally would cost $119), apparently a different system than the Master Protection Agreement, but on the day of service Peter was able to somehow get an agent to override that so he could install the part without a charge. Peter went above and beyond, but Sears Customer Service is TERRIBLE to try to navigate anything other than the simplest automated request !
