Andy has been to the house before on some several repair calls. It is always a pleasure to interact with him. He is a very courteous Gentleman, always takes the time to do the repairs in a professional manner, answers all my questions and ensures I understand what we discussed. He represents Sears and the technician department in an outstanding manner. He always makes sure to leave the area clean and tidy and goes out of his way to minimize the mess while performing his repairs.

Our service tech is a great example of excellence. He is a very professional and knowledgeable technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and planed a solution. Not only did he repair the problem, He completed several days before schedule. We were so lucky to have such a professional technician come to our home. I was also impressed with the young man he was training. I can tell he is being trained right and carry on the quality service.

They knew what they were doing. We're friendly and fixed my microwave in about 35 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and didna good job. Everything was covered under my extended warranty and costed me nothing for the parts andn visit. Remember to get those extended warranties. They're worth it.
