The technician was knowledgeable and helped with a work around so avoid a big, expensive repair so I still could use the dryer until I had time to purchase a new one.

Anthony was wondeful, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He was sent over to service our house are our oven shut down and he was very quick to find the problem, fix it, and recommend next steps. We would call again if we ever have any more appliance issues.

Armando was very professional. We talked about my problems and then he conducted an inspection. He cleaned and adjusted a couple of things, then verified that the air gap wasn’t clogged. He was quick but thorough.
