Chester is always the best. Comes out with a smile on his face ready to fix any issues I am having. He is truly the best Technician that we have ever had in our home. Very friendly, considerate always on time. If you had a team of Chesters you would have a team of winners. He is the ONLY reason I have not yet cancelled my home service agreement…. This experience on my washer and dryer have been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Whatever third party company you all are using needs to be fired. The fact that we can’t get though to a real person and can not speak to AI is the craziest thing happening in your company. In order to speak to a real person you must say you want to cancel your subscription and you cannot do that if you have an open repair request, you have to cancel it and then maybe you will be able to speak to a real person. Come on Sears I know you are trying to save money…. Sometimes people need to speak to people AU can’t replace humans in every instance.
