Anthony provided excellent customer service. He got my washer up and running and explained proper maintenance for my washer as well. He also did maintenance on my dryer and i was very happy with his work. I would request him for future repairs on my kenmore elite appliances.

Our technician came on time and quickly found the issue was a clog that was keeping the washing machine from draining properly. He remove the clog and the machine works perfectly fine now.
