Arturo came to fix my washing machine which was 17yrs old.He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my machine was not fixable.Arturo had many suggestions for me as to what to buy in the future.I sure appreciated his suggestions.He was very honest and likeable.Thanks Arturo!

Anthony is a wonderful technician who went and above and beyond to explain what the other company did wrong when they were out attempting to fix our machine. Anthony was able to properly fix our washer. Thank you! This service was covered under my extended warranty so I didn't pay anything out of pocket.

Ray and Tony were both to the house. Tony ordered the parts needed, Ray did the install. Both were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. They didn’t mind meeting our Great Danes (though we did put the dogs in another room aside from introductions).
