The technician was very knowledgeable and experienced and went above his efforts to make sure the repair was done correctly. He also helped out with horrible scheduling nightmare. You should abandon your current customer support service and rethink your approach.

Ron was thorough in his diagnostic work on our central A/C unit problems. He identified leaks in the copper and aluminum tubing rendering our cooling unit non-functional. He submitted his findings to his management for resolution and assignment of a unit repair or unit replacement crew. We await his management’s decision.

I was quite unhappy with the 34 day delay to obtain parts for refrigerator/freezer repair and the 8 day delay for installation appointment once the parts arrived, however the service technician Michael was excellent! He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He even arrived BEFORE the appointment time. So while Sears gets a 1/5 for the unsatisfactory parts/service delays, Michael gets a 5/5 for providing outstanding service!
