Earlier this week, we called Sears to fix one of the burners on our Kenmore Range. The company sent a technician, Steven W, to handle the issue. Steven was very patient and I can tell from listening to his conversations that he had a great deal of experience in the ins-and-outs kitchen appliances. The job required a special-ordered part, and Steven gladly returned to our home to finish the job several days later. The problem with our Range was solved on the second visit.
