Andy came because the dryer that was “repaired “ by the 2 other technicians ended up NOT HEATING again ( same problem). So Andy did his due diligence ( which I suspect the other 2 didn’t do) and found a blocked airflow. As a consequence, the fuse blew. Andy replaced the blown fuse after I cleaned out the dryer vent and my dryer is NOW WORKING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ANDY- you are excellent at your job, cheerful, and Clearly you have the customer’s welfare at heart. May you be blessed bountifully!! You have saved your company’s reputation.
