The technician knew the equipment quite well. Well mattered and professional.. It was hard talking to the AI to schedule the second refrigerator to get Preventedmaintenance. I would like to get both of my schedule at the same time. But AI didn’t understand that technician was here and just couldn’t handle that to make it happen. I wish you had a human being could handle the details when that happens
