Well, $220 later, we learned that despite the note from SDGE saying it wasn't working, in fact, our furnace is fine. If you get your house tented and SDGE comes to turn off and then turn back on the gas, ignore the pink slips they leave saying things don't work...

Arturo came to fix my washing machine which was 17yrs old.He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my machine was not fixable.Arturo had many suggestions for me as to what to buy in the future.I sure appreciated his suggestions.He was very honest and likeable.Thanks Arturo!

Anthony is a wonderful technician who went and above and beyond to explain what the other company did wrong when they were out attempting to fix our machine. Anthony was able to properly fix our washer. Thank you! This service was covered under my extended warranty so I didn't pay anything out of pocket.
