The service center responded quickly and scheduled the technician on 6/17/25. The problem was diagnosed correctly. Parts ordered came in 7 days which was 6/24. And the 2nd technician came in today ( 6/27) to change the parts. So far so good! Hopefully, the washer could run another 5 - 10 years!

Very helpful. Completely serviced both my washing machine and dryer. Checked all functions to bring the machines to optimum service. Showed how to clean my dyer sensor and test it. The best service I have ever had and a wonderful attitude.
