My refrigerator was making a horrific noise…….and Jeff came by diagnose the problem and gave me my option for fixing it. He had the unit fixed and up and working quietly in less than 2 hours.

I don’t even know where to begin singing Tony’s praises! After not having a working cooktop for months due to issues with the first repair company, my warranty finally reassigned me to Sears Home Services and it was like night and day. Tony was communicative, timely, professional and extremely knowledgable. He had my stovetop working within two visits and within one week. I am so grateful and happy to have my stove back! Would definitely use this repair company again, even for my non-warranty products!! 1 million out of 5 stars.
