Technician was great, but Sears Repair Service SUCKS. AI, AI, AI ! You get trapped in an AI loop. Not possible to reach a Customer Service " PERSON ". Even excessive wait times to get to AI. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GASTLY, except for the tech (when they finally showed up-- but they are so strung out, I don't blame them for that). Strongly considering dropping our Warrenty Service Contract.
