This technician was wonderful and fixed the dryer however prior to his visit 1. To speak to anyone to make the appointment I waiting 97 minutes on hold 2. Once the appointment was scheduled after the parts had arrived to fix the dryer, Sears cancelled 2 times our appointment for no reason!!!!!! So so frustrating. I had to keep calling you back, wait on hold forever! To reschedule after Sears cancelled twice!!! Not good customer service. We have had the Sears protection agreement for many many years and have never had such a bad experience. I hope that his was a one off and in the future I will receive excellent customer service like in prior years. You need to hire more agents to answer the phones. Thank you. Carolyn Lyons.
