Our technician Steve was terrific! Arrived on time, and was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made two visits in the same afternoon, so that he could finish the job in one day. The Master Protection Agreement we originally purchased with our fridge turned out to be very valuable, and worth the price we paid.
