He taught us as he worked. He was extremely professional, great energy and I felt he was extremely transparent about everything. I would like to have the same tech come back if/when there is another issue. He made suggestions and also told us where we could get the things needed at the same time saving money. I truly appreciate him so very much, please thank him for us. For the most part his personality was amazing.
