Disappointment
I did not have confidence that Kyle knew what he was doing. I told him I had water backing up. He took out the toe kick. shined his light under my dishwasher. then he turned it on and water backed up. he then said that I had a bad motor and it needed replacing. He diagnosed this based on a smell he said he smelled and that it was hot. I can't see how anything could get hot in less than 30 seconds though. He then left the water inside my dishwasher and I had to ask him to clean it up before he left. Based on what I watched, I would like a second opinion from a more experienced technician or a refund.

Terrible!!
He comes on chewing his gum with his mouth open Very unprofessional And he didn't come to a conclusion and gave me followup as to what should be done next

If you can't fix it replace it please
Hello this has been a nightmare. First of all Kyle was not the last person here. I had 4 different technicians here and the problem is still the same ( no heat to dry dishes). It has been over a month and boxes of parts were ordered and installed.

Dryer door repair
David came in repaired the door by removing screws and then replaced the screws , an hour later , 3 screws fell out of the door , this is pure incompetent service and the door needs to be fixed ASAP

Annual preventive maintainance for Furnace
Ronald did not call prior to arrival as expected. Roland did not call or followed up with a report after visit. no details had been provided to Tenants either.

Service review
Technician was very efficient however the Sears policy did not allow him to work on the dishwasher. Apparently, if the serial and model numbers are not on the unit , it could not be worked on. This should have been addressed before sending a technician out to our property. It was a waist of everyone's time.

No Faith.
I actually asked for a different technician for this repair. I had no faith that they had our best interest at heart! These two technicians had replaced the pump on our lg refrigerator freezer less than 30 days ago when it quit working. So when it stopped cooling again Sears booked us for Friday afternoon and technicians were to arrive by 4:27pm. I received a phone call late Friday afternoon I thought he was going to tell his arrival time but instead the lead technician decided to reschedule us on his own for Monday. lLiterally refusing to keep the appointment for 4:27pm Friday he moved our repair to Monday. 3 mores days without refrigeration. The botched repair, a broken glass issue along with his " You can't live without me" attitude now the last minute reschedule I had enough. Even though a phone attendant told me he would not be doing my repair surprise, surprise who shows up. I asked them to leave I'd been without refrigeration for days now what one more day. He and his sour-face 2nd technician who both times now in my house looked as if he didn't want to be here. Like he really did not want to be anywhere left with a fake surprise look they shuffled out my front door at Mach-speed . To my relief they were gone. I certainly understood by this morning Monday morning they never had our best interest at heart. Leaving us without refrigeration on Friday I guess he wanted a long weekend off. I had no recourse at 4:45pm Friday but to wait until Monday. Luckily we had a nice no judgmental repair tech Isaac that came on Tuesday, checked it all out. Explained everything to us like we were human on an even playing field unlike tech 1 who acted. as if he was the best thing since sliced bread and we were blessed to have him.
