Customer Experience
This technician was rude named Muhammad A., according to my son's mother in law and father in law who are staying in the house. He lacks customer service. The very first technician named Ron was very nice but this man Muhammad was rude.

Don't believe gaslighting
He lied to us when he said stacked washers and dryers were going for $700. We might have had our unit repaired if we knew we would be spending $1500 instead

Didn't check
He came and didn't even check what was going on with my dryer, he turned it on and said it was working but never checked that is NOT warming. He left without fixing it. Terrible service.

It has been over 2 months since we had a refrigerator that has worked, and your technicians have replaced a lot of parts and we still don't have a working refrigerator. apparently, they can't figure out what is wrong with it.

Absolutely Do NOT Recommend
Absolutely the most horrible repair service experience I've had in years and I do NOT recommend. Experienced tech? NO! Professional? NO! Customer satisfaction? NO! Bottom line, minor leak in one machine before tech came, completely broken dual machines when he left.

Didn't fix the issue
This was my third call to get a technician out because I believe the coil is freezing up and all the technicians did was remove the ice off the coils. He just did a temporary fix and I am going to have to request another service call again. What a waste of my time.

Armondo gets ZERO stars
Your Technician did NOT show up for his appointment! He's an argumentative jerk. Overall, dealing with Sears has been a miserable experience :( My rating for Armondo is zero and my overall rating for Sears is one.
