Eddie arrived quickly after a phone call to ensure I was available. Service was performed quickly and efficiently with each step explained as they were done. Though, all went well and as expected, Eddie did not introduce himself or put on protective shoe coverings as other service providers have done.

Notice came that the repair technician would be here at 8 am. Today is Ash Wednesday so we did not attend 8:00 Mass. Technician arrived close to 10:00. He called us at 9;00 to say he'd be here in about an hour, First notification was very off the mark. When he arrived he did an excellent job.

Andy was great. Can't say the same for the experience. Your scheduling department doesn't even rate a one star. The first appointment was scheduled for 8:00-12:00. The repairman showed up after 12:00. The second appointment we waited all day and no oe showed up, no call or text. The third appointment sheduled for 8-12 and the repairman showed up at 2:30. We will never use Sears service again.

Jim is very good and professional; I would just ask that he be a little careful when coming in and out of the house, so he doesn't scrape the wall with his tool case.

Shelby was very knowledgeable. Did a great job. Sears needs to make it easier to know when your tech is coming. She arrived at the end of my 4 hr window and i had no idea when she was coming.

I ordered a check on the washer & dryer from Assurant. Andy only had an Order for the washer. The washer questions could have been answered on the phone…try Clorox & the clean cycle. My daughter was home. He was on time and did what he could.

Raymond, your technician, was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient Your automated call system sucks. A second repair tech was dispatched to my home two hours after Raymond left. The automated system is costing you money.
