He called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. Showed up on time. Replaced the broken thermostat in the fridge. Answered all of our questions. Very pleasant demeanor. Professional. Excellent technician.

Dishwasher prob
Raymond was professional and courteous. He quickly zeroed in on a potential solution which worked. He then did an inspection for leaks. He explained that the fix could only be temporary, but in his opinion was worth a try. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

Rudy was great! I didn't appreciate the dozens of emails as reminders. Got a text this morning that my appointment from 1-5pm was happening at 11am which was erroneous and impossible for me. The many, many emails was way to much when one or two would have sufficed.
