Jim is the BEST appliance guy that works on my appliances, please, PLEASE only send him for the annual checkups. He warns me about things like hair, dust and soap. He now only does cooking appliances but p[lease make him go back to all Kenmore stuff. The very nice kid on Tues. broke my fridge. I want Jim to fix it. I thought my stove was perfect, nope. Jim worked on it for awhile and the flames are as they should be, didn't know there is a perfect look. If it clicks and fire starts, I;m happy. Jim made it so I will stay happy. Please give Jim a raise or noticeable bonus!

Chester came earlier than expected, given that he had a cancellation. Chester ran the washing machine diagnostic and shared the results right away. He also gave us advice on how to prolong the life of our current washing machine. Professional, on-time, and polite.
