Rudy was knowledgeable, fixing my refrigerator in 20 min. Not only that, he was very patient, explaining to me what weren't working and why we needed the parts we ordered. He also answered all the questions I had about my refrigerator settings and Sears Home Warranty plan. Really appreciate his expertise and patience!!!

Isaac great but I urge you to review your service providers Axis Appliance from Oceanside is a ripoff, they did not repair my fridge, they blocked my repair for over 1 month so i could not have a Sears technician appointment because of this terrible company I spent a lot a money on calls from outside US no response please look at my multiple complaints, calls etc
