Informative and helpful
Arrived within service window. Friendly and efficient. Shared suggestions with me on how to keep inside of dishwasher free of stains. Suggested that with this new motor I could get another 10+ years from the machine which is wonderful to hear. My only negative comment would be that Peter smelled very strongly of smoke. I had windows/doors open so the crosswind in the house helped to dissipate the aroma.

He was the second technician to come. The first came and diagnosed and ordered the parts and scheduled a month later. When the new tech came he recognized that not all the parts were ordered. Instead of rescheduling for another time, he went and got the necessary part so that my washer could be fixed today. Thanks so much for this!

I had several questions for Eddie, and he answered all of them, so very knowledgeable about the product, the parts, comparable frig/freezers, maintenance costs, repair costs. There was a mixup with a part number, but after discussing it with the office, it was corrected and the repair went fine. Can't wait for 24 hours to pass so I can get my food out of coolers and back into it! Everything went well, and if I had a choice of a repairman again, I would not hesitate to have Eddie fix it.
