I was very happy with the service
Today 8/16/23 the technician was extremely polite, efficient and he installed the part fast. He gave me advice when to start using fully tye fridge and I was very impressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Especially because the contrast was so huge: the original technician who came out to diagnose the problem never informed me how long I need to wait for the part and he left without saying he leaves. No phone call and I had to call the center to get the info. ?!?! So today I was very happy.

Delonzio was an absolute model of quality customer service. He communicated what he was doing, why it was important, what the findings were and how to correct. Very personable and professional, he answered all my questions and did a very thorough job. Five star pro!

Kenny saw the belt on the dryer was worn out, That's why the drum would only spin with a small load. When a normal load was put in, the belt would slip and the drum would not spin properly he went to his van and put a new belt on it and it was good to go

He did an excellent job. This was a very difficult repair. I believe the cooktop should have been replaced. It had shorted out, blew up. Took three visits to get it repaired. Five repairmen total were here. I'm amazed it was repairable. Delonzio was very nice and did a great job
