Job has maintained & repaired my dishwasher for many years. He is always ontime, professional & courteous. He even helped me with a box that was delivered that I could not lift myself!!!

On the 17th and 18th we had Sears come out to check out all the appliances with the yearly home maintenance service. All the technicians were really helpful and did a great job checking and cleaning everything. I'm always happy with the work they do.

After 4 failed appointments by Sears technicians, I rescheduled for 8-10 this morning and they showed up on time and installed the ordered part and the stove is working again. Thankfully two people showed up since it was a two person job.

Today 8/16/23 the technician was extremely polite, efficient and he installed the part fast. He gave me advice when to start using fully tye fridge and I was very impressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Especially because the contrast was so huge: the original technician who came out to diagnose the problem never informed me how long I need to wait for the part and he left without saying he leaves. No phone call and I had to call the center to get the info. ?!?! So today I was very happy.
