Gary was excellent. It is unfortunate, however, that Sears Home Services is now a completely robotic, AI company, with no human interaction other than the repairmen. AI robots cannot replace local, human customer service.

Raymond didn't just come and fix the problem I thought I had with our dishwasher which may just be fixed my replacing a part. Instead, he noticed that the dishwasher was not properly balanced, probably related to when it was originally installed. While a sensor needed to be replaced, it took time to get the dishwasher properly balanced. He stayed with the job until he succeeded, knowing that doing that was the right thing to do. He treated our dishwasher problem as if it was his own and he did everything to make it right. That is true Customer Service…!!!
