Although Sears in person stores are closed, I was happy to discover Sears still has home repair service for my Kenmore appliances. My appointment was within 24 hours of my washer breaking. Jason was a polite and friendly service worker. He diagnosed my washer issue promptly, had the part on the truck, and completed the repair. He also was friendly to my boxer dog.

John came to address a recurring issue approx. 3 weeks after a very expensive repair, where I was living out of coolers almost 2 weeks. He came prepared with parts to fix it same-day. John had already reviewed my service call notes and was prepared to address whatever "could" be causing the problem and the parts to fix it. Nice, easy-going personality and explained some unexpected questions I had regarding the fridge/freezer unit. Before he left, he made sure I understood how long I needed to wait for it to be working back at capacity, what to watch for in the future, explained another problem that causes this same issue and how he accessed my unit wasn't having that additional issue at the same time. He also suggested where to buy an inexpensive fridge thermometer to watch for temperature issues in the future. Overall, very happy with the outcome and John's knowledge and professionalism. The only thing better is if this secondary issue never happened. Would feel comfortable having him service our refrigerated in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

Top rack of my dishwasher broke suddenly call to make an appointment to have them come out turn me over to tech support he ordered a part set a new time for him to come out part came early called and rescheduled and then following day he was done in 30 minutes overall this time great response
