A/C troubleshooting
Although we opted not to go through with the repair, Gary was on time, professional, courteous, and efficient. He was able to identify the problem and provide an estimate for a repair. He was sympathetic with our disappointment with the product and manufacturer which was not the fault of Sears or Gary. I appreciated his services and would gladly use him again.

I had no problems with Anthony and his service; he was very thorough and informative. :) It was very frustrating making the initial call to get my warranty work done- it was very aggravating that there is no easy way to get to an operator to make the appointment, every time I pushed a button, it took me to the wrong department and I had to hang up and call again and was in tears; I think I hung up 5 different times to call back. you need to do something with the phone system to get to an assistant that can simply make your appointment and not have to jump through so many hoops. I'm not sure i'm going to use you again because of your computer/phone system
