Sears man in Blue - David P
Sears man in Blue, David P, takes his time examining the product and checking to make sure is it functioning properly. I would recommend David P to service my appliance again. The men in blue service technicians know their stuff and are recommended. However, the Sears Home Protection system and the automated telephone response is terrible. Sears schedules a 4 hour window for maintenance or repair. They change the time for their convenience at the last minute even though it is outside the already scheduled time frame. They don't notify you. They force you to go to their website for changes. This system is not customer oriented. Their telephone system is set up to force you to also go to their website. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary. The Sears warranty and telephone system is forcing me to look at other options for household maintenance. If Sears wants to maintain their customers, they must improve their customer service.
