Chester really came through once again. Found the problem, fixed it in record time and even brought a new lint screen back after picking it up at the store. So the entire repair was done in one appointment. Which is a blessing when that dryer is running literally every day. Thank you CHESTER you're the best!

While the technician on each of the three visits we had were very nice and professional, it would have been more helpful to have the same technician for each visit. The first technician ordered parts, the second technician had to order different parts and the third technician had to credit us for parts. Also, not one of our visits occurred during the four hour appointment window. May research another service for our next repair.

Andy came in not knowing what was going on and figured it out within 5 minutes didn't need any parts the guy the tech perform left the door sensor unconnected not very happy we did 14 days for a party didn't need any knew what he was doing connected to peace turned on the gas and we were ready to rock and roll thanks to Andy. Sears you need a lot of help
