The icemaker in our Kenmore refrigerator stopped working. I replaced the filter with the filter bypass. Went online to make an appointment to get the icemaker fixed. In the meantime the icemaker started working again. Ruben arrived early and did a maintenance check on the refrigerator. He was very thorough and professional in every way and is a nice man. 5 star Quality service. Good price. I have Sears Home Services on my website favorites in case I need them again

I was told it isn't cost effective to replace my dishwasher racks. In the fine print, the contract doesn't cover rust. Some of the dishwasher rack tines have started to rust. My dishwasher is 27 years old and works great. I can"t believe I paid nearly $700 and can't get my dishwasher racks replaced because it's not cost effective!!

Excellent service, Arturo found out that the part did not replacing (that the other technician said it needed) and arranged a refund for the part. He cleaned the part of the dryer that was causing the high pitched whine. Very good about explaining the refund process.
