I have been a Sears Kenmore customer since I bought my first appliance. I always buy and extend the Home Warranty. Sears kept my SpeedQueen working for 25 years. Although Sears may have gone through a repair problem, they seemed to have fixed it. I called on my dishwasher and 1 week later it is fixed. I like how I can track my technician.
